Meet Emma – Yoga with Heart and Nature With over 15 years of yoga practice experience, I’ve always been drawn to its inclusivity, playful spirit, and focus on individual benefit rather than external aesthetics.
Yoga was my go-to for staying active in my 20s, but now, as a mum of two boys and living with chronic health conditions, it’s become a cherished time for calm and self-care while still weaving in plenty of opportunities for fun and smiles!
In 2024, I followed my passion and joined Orange Yoga Studio in Cheltenham to become a certified teacher. This incredible journey allowed me to deepen my understanding and discover my own style—one rooted in connecting with nature and embracing our bodies as they are today, with gratitude for what they can do.
My approach prioritises what a pose offers us, not how it looks, creating space for appreciation, growth, and fun. I especially love exploring this philosophy during one-on-one sessions, where the unique story of each body guides the practice.
Yoga, above all, should be playful and uplifting. I hope my classes leave you feeling connected, spacious, and with a little extra sunshine in your step.
